SMBC Group in Ireland is seeking a Technology Business Management Associate in a hybrid role based in Tralee. You will support headcount governance, travel and expense analysis, and IT procurement, collaborating with HR, Finance and Procurement to drive efficiency.

You will develop dashboards and KPIs, monitor budgets, and ensure procurement workflows align with deadlines and governance standards. The role requires 7–10 years in financial services or consulting and strong Excel, PowerPoint and

Formación

7–10 years of business management experience within a financial services or consulting firm.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, and Visio preferred.
Experience in workforce planning, vendor management, and IT financial analysis.
Working knowledge of technology products, services, and cost drivers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey concepts clearly.
Proactive, self-directed, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

Headcount management from end-to-end, including position requests, reviews, approvals and recruiting status.
T&E analysis to support budget oversight and policy adherence.
Procurement governance with third-party vendor relationships and technology expenditures.
Manage end-to-end procurement process: contracts, PO issuance, invoicing and lifecycle governance.
Develop dashboards or scorecards to monitor KPI performance and budgets.
