Job summary

SMBC Group in Dublin seeks an experienced IT delivery professional to lead financial solution delivery across EMEA. You will work with ITSD analysts, JRIE, and developers to implement data-driven finance solutions and manage stakeholders across Finance and other process owners.

The role demands strong communication, 10+ years in finance, and hands-on data analysis with SQL. A hybrid work model is offered with opportunities for career growth and learning within a leading global bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years in finance sector with understanding of financial instruments
• Experience in Enterprise Risk Governance & Finance domains and data-centric projects/BI
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• System implementation and production support experience preferred
• Hands-on data analysis with SQL (PL/SQL or T-SQL)
• Ability to work with varying business users, IT staff and vendor to resolve issues
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced MS Office skills (Office, Excel, Visio)
• Hands-on data analysis with SQL (PL/SQL or T-SQL)

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and delivery of financial solutions across SMBC offices in EMEA
• Collaborate with ITSD business analysts, JRIE, and ITSD developers to deliver solutions
• Manage stakeholders across Finance and process owners to drive outcomes
