Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and respond to inquiries via Irish channels.
• Assist with translating documents from English to Irish when needed.
• Investigate issues, determine actions, and follow through with customers.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service in every interaction.
• Maintain knowledge of product components and customer services.
• Use computerised systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.
• Support teammates and contribute to team and department goals.
• Provide feedback to improve performance.
• Be flexible to take on other tasks as they arise.
