Tata Consultancy Services UK&I in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, Ireland is seeking motivated customer-focused professionals for a permanent on-site Life & Pensions role.

You will develop as a professional, becoming a trusted contact for customers while gaining expertise across regulatory requirements and product processes. The role involves handling inquiries across phone, email and digital channels, with opportunities to progress within operations, quality, risk and financial services.

Competenze

• Education as noted: Leaving Certificate Ordinary Level or equivalent; relevant customer service qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment and ability to apply product knowledge across queries.
• Strong communication, professional telephone manner and clarity in delivery.
