Louis Fitzgerald Group is seeking a reliable Payroll Administrator to accurately process payroll in line with Irish legislation and internal policies. The role requires attention to detail, experience with payroll software, and strong Excel skills.

You will maintain payroll records, monitor attendance, collect timesheets, and ensure GDPR-compliant HR data handling while supporting staff with payroll queries.

Competenze

• Previous experience in payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue requirements.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Maintain employees payroll records and update changes as required.
• Monitor and maintain employee attendance through time and attendance software and ensure details are recorded correctly.
• Process payroll in a timely manner in line with current payroll cycle dates ensuring payroll deadlines are met.
• Gather all payroll related data e.g. timesheets, absence forms, employee personal information etc.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and current legislative requirements and revenue.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies for the payroll run.
• Respond to payroll queries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in the administration of HR records. Maintain accurate HR/employee records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality with regard to all employee related matters.
