Required are 3+ years in 24x7 operations, SIEM investigations, malware/vulnerability knowledge, and strong TCP/IP networking skills. On-call rotations and a service-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in 24x7 enterprise operations, preferably security operations.
• 1+ years of experience with SIEM, including running investigations.
• Understanding of information security, malware, threats and vulnerability management.
• Strong TCP/IP and networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of OSI model and network design principles.
• On-call or rotation availability.
• Customer-focused, incident handling and strong written communication.

Responsibilities
