Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe seeks a regional Learning & Development Lead for Ireland to design, deliver, and improve learning for graduates, emerging talent, managers, and professionals. You will partner with the Senior L&D Business Partner and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality programmes and robust assessment.

You will drive learner experience, utilise MS 365 tools, and support the CMI Approved Centre operations.

Qualifications

• Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA) or equivalent experience in quality assurance.
• Experience with recognized professional or awarding bodies (CMI, CPD, etc.).
• Experience delivering learning & development, including facilitation, resources, and programme coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve learning solutions for Ireland.
• Coordinate multiple programmes from planning to evaluation and improvement.
• Facilitate learning in face-to-face and virtual settings and support learner engagement.
• Maintain accurate learner and financial records and support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across L&D, HR, SMEs, and external providers.
