Job summary

PepsiCo Ireland is seeking an experienced payroll professional to support on an approximately 14 month basis within the Ireland People Operations team. You will manage end-to-end payroll and specialist benefits administration for all Ireland-based employees, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality employee experience across multiple payrolls.

You will liaise with HR Business Partners, external providers and stakeholders to optimise payroll processes, drive accuracy, and uphold data

Qualifications

  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to reconcile data.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Demonstrates integrity and confidentiality in handling data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits administration including pension, Employee Share Purchase Schemes, RSU and Stock Option administration.
  • Coordinate delivery of payrolls (weekly, monthly, pensioner, expatriate) and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Act as primary contact for employees and HR partners to ensure a high-quality payroll experience.
  • Generate ad hoc reporting to support leadership and business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with CSO submissions and internal controls.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline payroll and benefits processes.
