Accountancy Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payrolls for internal UK and Ireland operations. You will prepare weekly and monthly payroll, review submissions, process journals, and ensure statutory compliance.

The role requires experience processing UK and Ireland payrolls, strong time management, and a proactive approach to system upgrades and process improvements. Fluency in English and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' payroll experience.
• Experience with UK and Ireland payroll processing.
• IPASS qualified or studying toward IPASS (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly payroll.
• Review and confirm payroll submissions.
• Process payroll journals and statutory requirements.
• Produce payslips and monthly reports.
• Handle starters and leavers and payroll queries.
• Support payroll system upgrades and automation projects.
