Qualifications

  • 5–7 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits managing multiple payrolls.
  • Strong analytical skills with reconciliations and process improvements.
  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with HRIS (MyHR) and WFM time/attendance systems is beneficial.
  • Experience with pensions and employee share schemes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits programmes including pension administration and employee share purchase schemes.
  • Coordinate payrolls across weekly, monthly, pensioner and expatriate payrolls.
  • Liaise with payroll provider and internal/external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate ad hoc analysis and reporting for leadership requirements.

Overview

The Ireland People Operations team are seeking an experienced payroll professional to support on an approximately 14 month basis. The role will be responsible for the management and execution of payroll and specialist benefits administration for all Ireland based employees.

This role has a large impact on our employee experience requiring strong administration capability, customer service skills and attention to detail in addition to high levels of stakeholder and project management skills to ensure successful completion of the end-to-end process.

This role is Ireland focused, providing support to FL & Professional staff across PGCS, R&D, IB & R&D.

Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Manage the end-to-end administration of specialised compensation and benefit programmes, including:
    • Pension administration and retirement planning
    • Employee Share Purchase Schemes
    • RSU and Stock Option administration
  • Coordinate all aspects of delivery, including program execution, employee communications, reporting, payroll processing, vendor management, and stakeholder support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees, HR Business Partners, and external providers, ensuring a high-quality employee experience and flawless execution of benefit programmes.
Payroll Management
  • Prepare, validate, and process a range of payrolls, including weekly, monthly, pensioner, and expatriate payrolls.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our payroll provider to ensure payrolls are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external payroll stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery. Resolve employee and stakeholder payroll queries within agreed service levels.
  • Generate ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business and leadership requirements.
Compliance & Governance
  • Complete all required statutory reporting, including Central Statistics Office (CSO) submissions.
  • Conduct regular internal and external audits to ensure compensation and benefit programmes comply with company controls, policies, and legislative requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve payroll and benefits processes.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
Qualifications
  • Third-level qualification in Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline. IPASS qualification preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years' experience managing complex Compensation & Benefits processes, including multiple payrolls.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to complete regular reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and drive process improvements.
  • Customer service focused, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with employees, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Experience working within a multinational organisation and/or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Previous experience with an HRIS system, preferably MyHR. Time & Attendance (WFM) systems experience would be beneficial.
  • Experience administering pensions and employee share purchase schemes is preferred.
