Renishaw is seeking an HR & Payroll Advisor in Swords, Ireland, to support payroll and HR services for the Ireland business. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will handle payroll processing, benefits administration and HR guidance for managers and employees.

The role covers payroll compliance, employee lifecycle activities, HR systems (Workday) and recruitment support across the Irish operations.

Competenze

• Experience in HR with payroll administration responsibilities.
• Experience processing weekly and monthly payroll to deadlines.
• Knowledge of Irish tax laws, filing obligations and Revenue reporting deadlines.
• CIPD Level 5 and/or IPASS Certificate, or actively working towards.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, GDPR and payroll processes.

Mansioni

• Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and within statutory deadlines.
• Maintain payroll data including starters, leavers, salary changes and deductions.
• Validate and reconcile payroll information before processing.
• Cross-check payroll data against Workday to ensure accuracy.
• Administer employee benefit schemes and pension deductions.
