Job summary

Zoom’s Workvivo team in Ireland is seeking a Marketing Lead for the global email programme. You’ll own lifecycle emails from nurture to win-back, shaping templates, audiences, and workflows to drive pipeline.

This is a hands-on role working across regions and languages, with responsibility for measuring impact and collaborating with sales and revenue operations. Hybrid role requiring on-site presence two days per week at our Dublin office; remote arrangements are not available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning email and nurture in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on marketing automation across major platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalents).
• Ability to independently build and ship email campaigns and manage audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the global email programme end to end, including nurture, product and content sends, event follow-up, database re-engagement, and win-back campaigns.
• Build and send all campaign emails: templates, copy, audiences, workflows, and deadlines.
• Design, launch, and maintain nurture programmes across inbound, event follow-up, and SDR nurture.
• Define lifecycle stages with Revenue Ops to align regions.
• Oversee audience selection, send governance, frequency, and overlap across regional/global sends.
• Lead content syndication channel strategy and nurture behind every programme.
• Grow marketable database by region and language; report performance in revenue terms.
