Job summary

PHX Ireland Group in Dublin is seeking a Loyalty & CRM Manager to lead the recently launched McCabes Pharmacy loyalty app and manage CRM and loyalty initiatives across online and in-store channels.

You will own the loyalty experience, drive campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, collaborate with the corporate Digital Hub and 16 PHOENIX markets, and build plans that boost retention and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a CRM, loyalty, or retention marketing role in retail, pharmacy, FMCG, or data-rich consumer environment.
• 5+ years in commercial retail environment.
• Hands-on experience managing email, SMS, and push campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong proficiency with at least one marketing automation/CRM platform.
• Ability to translate complex customer data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Highly data-driven with experience in building segments and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the loyalty app experience with personalised offers, notifications, coupons, in-app content, and shopping functionality.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Category Management, Marketing, eCommerce and the Digital Hub.
• Develop and execute annual CRM and loyalty strategy with monthly KPIs for registrations, engagement, spend and retention.
• Plan and implement CRM campaigns and marketing automation journeys to drive acquisition and lifetime value.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle: planning, assets, segmentation, testing, optimisation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Loyalty Promotions Manager to optimise promotions workflow and coupon management.
• Leverage customer data to improve customer journey and deliver targeted marketing across channels.
• Work with eCommerce to deliver integrated campaigns and enhance digital shopping experience.
