Qualifications

• Coffee industry experience is an advantage, but not essential; attitude and commercial drive matter.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Irish market.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and close new business.
• Manage existing customer relationships and ensure high service levels.
• Deliver product demonstrations and tailor proposals to customer needs.
• Represent Matthew Algie at customer events and industry activities.
