Medtronic in Ireland is seeking a field-based Cardiac Rhythm Management Territory Manager to drive growth across the defined region. You will manage key accounts, provide clinical and technical support during EP procedures, deliver product demonstrations, and expand adoption of Cardiac Ablation Solutions and Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolios.

This role requires building relationships with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, nurses and procurement teams, traveling across Ireland, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Medical device sales experience or advanced clinical experience in cardiology.
• Ability to travel throughout Ireland.

Responsabilités

• Develop territory plans to achieve sales objectives and adoption of Cardiac Ablation Solutions and Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, cardiac physiologists, nurses, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
• Provide clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures and rhythm management cases in labs and operating theatres.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training programs to healthcare professionals.
• Identify and convert business opportunities through account planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Support new product launches and therapy adoption through customer training and ongoing consultation.
• Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to inform strategies.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies and healthcare regulations.
