Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and medical device sales experience OR advanced clinical experience within cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac rhythm management.
• Experience supporting clinical procedures in catheterisation labs or operating theatres.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Track record of achieving commercial objectives through territory, sales or account management.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Republic of Ireland with a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives and expand adoption of Cardiac Ablation Solutions and Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, nurses, procurement teams and other decision-makers.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures within catheterisation labs and operating theatres.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and educational programmes to healthcare professionals.
• Identify and convert opportunities through account planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Support launches and therapy adoption through training and ongoing clinical consultation.
• Gather market intel and customer feedback to inform strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
