Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, B2B account management, or technical support.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; familiarity with HTML/XML and integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality IPM partner support via phone, email, and chat.
• Serve as primary contact for strategic/enterprise partners; build trust-based relationships.
• Deliver personalized, high-touch service by understanding partner needs and challenges.
• Develop deep expertise in Expedia Group products to offer tailored guidance.
• Troubleshoot tier-1 issues and escalate tier-2 with ownership of communication.
