Job summary

Expedia Group in Dublin is seeking an Integrated Property Management (IPM) Support Associate to help partners maximize the value of our software solutions.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, email and chat, build relationships with strategic partners, and troubleshoot tier-1 issues while collaborating with internal teams to improve service and drive partner success. The role offers learning opportunities within a global travel technology leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, B2B account management, or technical support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain complex issues clearly.
• High attention to detail and the ability to interpret data to provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to IPM partners through inbound/outbound phone, email, and chat channels.
• Serve as the primary contact for strategic and enterprise-level partners, building strong relationships.
• Deliver personalized, high-touch service by understanding each partner’s needs and challenges.
• Develop deep expertise in Expedia Group’s products and services to offer tailored guidance and solutions.
• Gather and analyse partner feedback to identify pain points and contribute to product and service improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tier-1 technical and tool-related issues; escalate tier-2 issues as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and partner satisfaction.
• Share insights with leadership to drive innovation and reduce customer effort.
