Expedia Group in Dublin seeks an Integrated Property Management Support Associate to assist IPM partners via phone, email, and chat, helping them leverage our tools to grow their business.

You will build strong relationships with strategic partners, develop deep product knowledge, analyze feedback, and troubleshoot tier-1 issues while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, B2B account management, or technical support.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to build rapport.
• Attention to detail and ability to derive actionable recommendations.
• Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with HTML/XML and software integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to IPM partners through inbound/outbound phone, email, and chat.
• Serve as the primary contact for strategic and enterprise partners, building trust-based relationships.
• Deliver personalized, high-touch service by understanding partners' needs and challenges.
• Develop deep product knowledge to offer tailored guidance and solutions.
• Gather and analyze partner feedback to identify pain points and drive improvements.
• Troubleshoot tier-1 issues and escalate tier-2 with ownership of communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and partner satisfaction.
• Share insights with leadership to drive innovation and reduce customer effort.
• Support marketplace integrity by educating partners on best practices.
