Job summary

The Citco Group Limited, a global leader in asset servicing, is seeking an experienced Fund Administration professional to supervise daily deliverables, monitor SLAs, and drive operational excellence.

You will coordinate with IR Senior Administrators, provide coaching, manage risk, and ensure timely client communications while building strong cross‑departmental relationships across finance, compliance, and treasury teams.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a business or finance related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily deliverables, checks and controls of the team and delegate tasks to ensure SLA compliance.
• Liaise with IR Senior Administrators and Administrators to monitor task completion and SLA adherence.
• Provide oversight of ECM and ensure workflow is understood by the team using Atlas for monitoring.
• Identify potential issues, escalate as needed, and manage risk within the team.
• Monitor client correspondence and Moxie queues, ensuring timely and professional responses.
