Job summary

Citco Group Limited is seeking a Fund Administration Manager – Fund Accounting to lead the Fund Accounting service for key clients in Ireland. The role focuses on ensuring accurate daily to month-end valuations, maintaining service standards, and driving efficiency across the team.

The candidate will supervise staff, review complex transactions, and collaborate with other departments to deliver scalable, compliant fund accounting solutions for investors and clients.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in Hedge Fund Accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of complex OTC derivatives.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of Fund Accounting service delivery for assigned clients.
• Review and assist with daily, weekly and month-end valuations.
• Manage team service standards and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Support management and evolution of Citco Fund Services Ireland operating model.
• Oversee accuracy and governance of Fund accounting processing.
