Job summary

Marsh Investments International in Dublin is seeking a Client Operations Senior Manager to lead operational delivery for a portfolio of top-tier clients within the Investment Solutions Public Operations team. The role focuses on onboarding, fund launches, client and fund rebalancing, and governance in a high-risk environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operations, client servicing, service management, relationship management, or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of fund operations, including fund accounting, middle office, and transfer agency.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence across internal and external groups.
• Experience coordinating complex deliverables, managing escalations, and bringing structure to challenging issues.
• Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and sound judgement.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of service, control, and professionalism.
• Confidence working in a dynamic environment with a broad and varied remit.

Responsibilities

• We will rely on you to act as a trusted operational partner for assigned top-tier client relationships.
• Provide dedicated support to complex client relationships, ensuring service delivery aligns with expectations and objectives.
• Serve as the internal advocate and coordinator for assigned clients, tracking actions and timelines.
• Proactively manage client requests, queries and issues with timely, professional communication.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by anticipating needs and maintaining visibility of priorities.
• Lead monthly service reviews and governance forums, with oversight of performance and risks.
• Maintain service logs, KPI reporting, and governance materials for visibility of issues.
• Stay connected to client initiatives and onboarding activity; manage implications of changes.
• Coordinate activity across operations, client teams, support functions and third parties.
• Act as escalation point for material service issues through governance channels.
• Support onboarding, transition and change activity for smooth handover to BAU.
• Provide flexible support including project work and ad hoc priorities from senior leadership.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
• Coach and support colleagues to develop a high-performing team.
• Represent the team in discussions, contributing to decision-making and stakeholder relationships.
