Job summary

Marsh Investments International is seeking a Client Operations Associate in Dublin to support the Investment Solutions Public Operations team. You will help manage a portfolio of clients, coordinate day-to-day operational tasks, and ensure timely delivery of services with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes independence, ownership of responsibilities, and collaboration on complex matters while supporting broader operational priorities set by leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, client servicing or service management.
• Strong knowledge of fund operations, including fund accounting and middle office.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• Good stakeholder management across internal and external parties.
• Attention to detail with high standards of service.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience supporting client relationships or onboarding is desirable.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, broad remit environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activity for assigned client relationships.
• Provide responsive support to operational requests, queries and issues with timely communication.
• Track actions, dependencies and timelines across client and operations workstreams.
• Assist with service logs, governance materials, KPI reporting and operational documentation.
• Support monthly service reviews and governance forums by gathering updates and following up on actions.
• Coordinate onboarding, transitions and change activity to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor recurring issues and operational risks, highlighting improvement opportunities.
• Represent the team professionally in internal discussions and contribute to stakeholder management.
