Qualifications

• Service orientation with excellent telephone, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving, accuracy, ability to work independently and as part of a team in an international environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• University degree or comparable qualification.
• Knowledge of financial markets and instruments is an advantage.
• A critical thinking mindset with an appetite for AI tools and automation.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform document completion for transfers and instruct on portals where required.
• Process incoming transfer queries from clients and internal teams.
• Gather and maintain TA contact details and transfer procedure requirements.
• Transfers tracing
• Identification of reconciliation breaks
• Provide the highest standard of service & support in all dealings with the client
• Be risk aware and minimise errors by following procedures and staying updated with changes
• Escalate and advise any relevant issues to management as necessary
• Contribute proactively to ensure team targets and deadlines are met
• Liaise with internal departments, fund administrators and third parties as necessary
• Continuous improvement mindset to streamline processes and automate where possible
• Assist in documenting team procedures
• Assist in project work
• Support any other tasks related to IFS projects
