Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group Cork CFCL invites applications for a client-focused role in Clearstream Fund Services, Vestima Execution Support. You will be the dedicated contact for clients on Investment Funds operations, aiming to reduce risk and enhance client experience with accuracy and precision.

Full training will be provided and cross-training supports handling diverse client requirements. Responsibilities include assisting Clients and Transfer Agents via Vestima, investigating order issues,

Qualifications

Degree in Business Studies, Financial Services, or similar is a benefit.
Administration experience, preferably in a financial environment.
Excellent telephone, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure while handling many calls to meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy and ability to work independently and in international teams.
Proficiency in written and spoken English. German and/or French desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance to Clients and Transfer Agents using Vestima.
Investigate order failures and rejections and replace deals before fund cut off.
Ensure positive outcomes in all parts of the Fund order cycle (missing notes, cash and stock settlement).
Collaborate with Investment Funds teams in different locations.
Support other tasks related to IFS projects.
