Responsibilities

• Trade and transfer placement and settlement.
• Investigate cash proceeds allocation to client accounts.
• Monitor client orders to ensure timely settlements.
• Execute and settle corporate actions.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks.
• Deliver service excellence in client interactions.
• Minimise errors by following procedures and changes.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams, fund admins, and third parties.
• Support continuous process improvements and automation.
• Assist in project work as required.
