Job summary

Amazon Ireland Support Services Limited is seeking Investigators to evaluate transactions and safeguard the global customer base, productivity, and brand quality. The role involves examining suspicious activity, communicating with buyers and merchants, and enforcing policy guidelines across a shift-based schedule seven days a week.

The position requires experience with Microsoft Office and advanced English and Danish proficiency (CEFR B2/C1).

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1.
• Knowledge of advanced Danish at CEFR level B2/C1.

Responsibilities

• Investigate suspicious buyer activity and behavior that could pose a risk to Amazon, our customers, or merchants.
• Communicate via email and telephone with buyers, merchants, and other external and internal customers to make informed decisions about risk.
• Maintain Amazon's site quality by enforcing Amazon's Policy Guidelines.
• Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends. Follow escalation paths when procedures are not available.
• Participate in other special projects/assignments and partner with appropriate business teams as necessary.
• Consistently achieve/exceed weekly productivity and quality standards.
