Job summary

Inscribe is seeking a detail‑oriented Risk Operations Analyst for a hybrid Dublin role (2 days at our Stephen's Green office and 3 days remote). You will monitor, assess and improve fraud detection, investigate high‑risk cases and help turn findings into stronger rules and tooling.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in fraud or risk operations, solid SQL and data tools skills, and the ability to explain complex findings to product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fraud, risk operations or related investigative field.
• Hands-on SQL for investigations and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with Product or Engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Investigate high-risk accounts, documents and transactions to identify fraud.
• Analyse large datasets to detect patterns, trends and anomalies.
• Use fraud detection software and tools to strengthen monitoring and investigations.
• Run regular check-ins with customers on risk, performance and rationale behind decisions.
• Prepare clear reports for leadership and customers on incidents and improvements.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to turn findings into better rules, tooling and detection systems.
• Respond quickly as new fraud trends emerge, adjusting priorities with the team.
• Help design and scale processes, workflows and automation for risk operations.
