Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of incident response in security, product abuse or trust domains.
• Experience analyzing large data sets to solve problems and detect fraud patterns.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, mitigate, and remediate urgent fraud incidents (e.g., ATO, card testing).
• Analyze high-risk accounts to identify fraudulent merchants and other fraud vectors.
• Lead incident root cause analyses to identify gaps and improve systems and processes.
• Collaborate with security, fraud and data science teams to build scalable agentic responses.
• Communicate findings clearly to legal and policy teams and drive risk reduction.
