Job summary

Inscribe in Ireland seeks a Risk Operations Analyst to monitor, assess and enhance fraud detection for customers. You will investigate high-risk accounts, documents and transactions, analyze large data sets to spot patterns and anomalies, and work with Product and Engineering to improve rules and tooling.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with fraud/risk tools, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fraud, risk operations, trust & safety, or equivalent
• Hands-on SQL for investigations and analysis alongside other data tools (e.g., Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with fraud and risk tools

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess and improve fraud detection on behalf of customers
• Investigate high-risk accounts, documents and transactions to identify fraud
• Analyse large datasets to detect patterns, trends and anomalies
• Use fraud detection software and tools to strengthen monitoring
• Prepare clear reports for leadership and customers on fraud incidents and findings
• Turn findings into better rules, tooling and detection systems with Product/Engineering
• Respond quickly to new fraud trends and adjust priorities
• Help design scalable risk operations processes and automation
• Spot gaps in systems and policy, recommend improvements
• Contribute to cross-functional projects strengthening fraud prevention
