Job summary

ACCPRO in Dublin is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Shift Leader to oversee daily inventory, warehouse and shipping activities. You will ensure stock accuracy, proper packaging and on-time dispatch while developing a high-performing team.

Reporting to the operations manager, you will liaise with carriers and internal departments to streamline processes, reduce costs and drive continuous improvement across the site in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inventory Control, Supply Chain or Warehouse Operations.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory/people management experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Lean/continuous improvement experience is an advantage.
