Job summary

Jabil seeks an Inventory Control Shift Leader for the weekend day shift (Saturday to Monday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM) in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. Lead shipping and warehouse activities, ensure accurate inventory recording and packaging, and maximize customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong SAP skills, and proficiency in English with the ability to work in Ireland. Flexibility to cover late shipments and overtime during quarter ends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in Inventory Control / Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Good SAP skills are essential.
• Proficiency in English and eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Proficient with system requirements for customer shipping (AES, Carrier Networks, TMS, BOL).
• Coordinate daily shipping activities with work cells and carriers.
• Establish daily routines for each workcell and monitor variables.
• Provide daily feedback to workcell and Manager on inventory issues.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in key operational metrics.
