Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Inventory Control Shift Leader for the weekend day shift (Saturday to Monday, 12-hour shifts) in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. You will lead shipping and warehouse activities, ensure proper packaging and accurate inventory/shipments, and drive cost-saving process improvements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Role requires strong SAP skills, intermediate Excel, and at least 5 years in a supervisory role; fluent English and eligibility to work in Ireland are

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent; experience may substitute.
• Experience in Inventory Control / Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory/people management.
• Good SAP skills.
• Fluent English and eligible to work in Ireland.
• Ability to present information to managers, customers and third parties.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Internal applicants: Material Handler III level experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend 12-hour shift (Sat–Mon) and oversee shipping and warehouse activities.
• Ensure proper packaging and accurate recording of inventories and shipped material.
• Coordinate daily shipping with work cells and carriers; establish routines.
• Develop cost-saving processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide daily feedback to the work cell and Manager on inventory issues.
• Oversee scheduling, cut-off and delivery times; cover late shipments if needed.
• Ensure safety, health and security procedures are followed.
• Report on direct reports using Kronos and other reporting tools.
• Coach and develop team members and maintain customer relationships.
