Job summary

HireHive in Ireland is seeking a Stores Assistant to support warehouse operations, receive and store goods, and maintain stock accuracy.

You will perform cycle counts, record stock movements in the system, keep the warehouse organized and safe, and assist with purchasing stock items when needed.

A proactive, detail‑oriented candidate with good communication skills who can work in a fast‑paced environment will fit well; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store materials and products.
• Perform cycle counts and full inventory counts.
• Record all stock movements (inbound and outbound) in the system.
• Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and functional.
• Separate materials for work orders, production, or dispatch.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or losses.
• Support inventory and stock control processes.
• Assist in purchasing stock items when necessary.
