Job summary

JBS Group in Monaghan is seeking an Internal Sales & Customer Service Support to manage Bronze+ and Silver tier accounts, build relationships and identify growth opportunities.

This office-based, telephone-driven role uses CRM and MS365 to maintain accounts, deliver excellent service, and support revenue growth. Requires 2 years in customer service or internal sales and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and prospective accounts.
• Conduct regular customer review calls and account health checks.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and account growth.
• Promote JBS Group products, services, promotions and solutions.
• Maintain a professional, responsive and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Work towards agreed activity and sales targets.
• Develop opportunities within existing accounts through proactive engagement.
• Follow up quotations, enquiries and sales opportunities in a timely manner.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Support the development of new business opportunities through inbound and outbound customer engagement.
• Contribute to customer retention and long-term account growth.
• Prepare quotations and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and opportunity updates within the CRM.
• Monitor customer purchasing trends and identify opportunities for account development.
• Support reporting, forecasting and administrative requirements.
• Use CRM and MS365 tools effectively to manage workload and customer activity.
• Demonstrate a proactive, organised and customer-focused approach.
• Take ownership of customer relationships and follow through on commitments.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Sales, Customer Service and Operations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of JBS Group products and services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through customer feedback and insights.
• Represent JBS Group professionally at all times.
