Global Professional Consultants is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to support commercial management on large-scale residential developments in South Dublin. The role reports to the Senior QS and involves cost control, subcontractor management and final accounts.

You will liaise with design teams, clients and subcontractors, monitor cash flow and assist with tendering and procurement processes to ensure financial success of schemes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience as an Intermediate QS with a main contractor, ideally on residential developments.
• Strong commercial and cost management skills.

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on large-scale residential projects in South Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to support commercial management across the schemes. The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will report to the Senior QS.

Role:
