Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a premium residential apartment development in South Dublin. The successful candidate will support the Commercial Manager and assist in cost management across the project.

The role requires a Degree in Quantity Surveying and 2+ years' experience with a developer, main contractor, or PQS practice. Salary €50,000–€60,000 plus package, with pension and a strong benefits package.

• Review and process contractor payment applications, valuations and variations.
• Support preparation of cost reports, budgets and cash flow forecasts for the project.
• Assist in tender preparation, analysis and reporting for project packages.
• Liaise with the main contractor, subcontractors and the design team on commercial matters.
• Support final account agreement and cost reconciliation for the project.

Intermediate QS

Intermediate QS (2+ years experience) required for a premium, well-established Developer to work on a residential apartment development in South Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for an Intermediate QS to support commercial management on this scheme. Our client has an excellent track record delivering high-quality residential developments. The successful Intermediate QS will report to the Commercial Manager.

Role:

• Assist in the management of project costs on the development.
