Job summary

SSA Recruitment is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a Dublin-based position with a leading building contractor. You will work in a fast-paced office with regular site visits and report to a Senior QS, gaining exposure across residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate has a BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years post-graduate experience, valid rights to work in Ireland/Europe, and a track record in cost control and commercial delivery.

Qualifications

• BSc / MSc Degree in Quantity Surveying required.
• Post-graduate contractor experience preferred (QS or Estimator).
• Experience with cost control and commercial delivery desirable.

Responsibilities

• Report to Senior QS and assist with cost control and forecasting.
• Regular site visits to support project delivery and financial reporting.
