Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
Certifications in PM (PMP/FPX) or Agile/Lean/Six Sigma are advantageous.
Experience leading ERP deployment or business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of global ERP releases across functional workstreams.
Identify risks, dependencies, and drive timely resolution with stakeholders.
Coordinate governance, reporting, and leadership updates on deployment health.
Partner with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure alignment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment efficiency.
