Job summary

Gallagher’s GMIB unit in Ireland is seeking a Renewal Invite Executive based in Killarney to help customers review their insurance options, secure renewal terms and maintain trusted service.

You will review renewal invitations, discuss client needs, provide guidance on policy choices, and analyse market trends to support informed decisions while delivering outstanding customer service and building long‑term relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• APA qualified, or willing to complete Insurance Institute qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare renewal invitations with accurate pricing.
• Engage with clients to discuss insurance needs and renewal options.
• Provide guidance on a range of insurance products and policy choices.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Analyse market and insurer pricing trends to support renewal decisions.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Balance customer needs with regulatory and commercial objectives.
