Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland seeks an experienced insurance professional with project management expertise to join our Consulting team, delivering complex business, regulatory and operational transformation programmes within the insurance sector.

You will play a key role supporting client engagements across strategic initiatives, working with senior stakeholders to navigate regulatory change, improve operations and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience within insurance, consulting or financial services transformation.
• Experience managing projects or workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with Central Bank of Ireland Regulatory Landscape.
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, governance and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex insurance transformation programmes from initiation through to implementation and post-go-live support.
• Develop project plans, governance structures, RAID logs, workstream plans and reporting packs.
• Ensure programmes are delivered to agreed scope, budget, timelines and quality standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and critical decision points.
• Facilitate steering committees, programme boards and executive stakeholder forums.
