Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a General Insurance background for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on critical process change across GI processes, with strong emphasis on process mapping, requirements gathering, and testing support.

The candidate will run workshops, interview stakeholders, and develop process maps while coordinating with project managers. Prior GI knowledge and hands-on testing experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within regulated or complex environments.
• GI domain knowledge (GI products, distribution/broker channels, underwriting, policy admin and servicing) to challenge, simplify and recommend improvements.
• Experience with process mapping using tools such as Visio or similar.
• Background in Process improvements.
• Exposure to project delivery cycles, with involvement in project coordination or management activities.
• Hands-on experience in supporting testing cycles, including UAT and functional testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business processes across multiple departments.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and refine business requirements.
• Produce clear and concise process maps using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to support planning, reporting, and coordination.
• Support the testing phase by developing test cases and assisting in execution and defect tracking.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Assist in change management and training materials preparation where needed.
