Oliver James Group in Dublin is seeking a hands-on Financial Reporting Accountant with experience in the insurance or reinsurance sector to own day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting across month-end, quarter-end and year-end.

This six-month contract is hybrid: two days per week in Dublin centre and three days remote, with potential extension or permanency for the right candidate; you will support audits, reconciliations and process improvements with strong

Formación

• Experience in financial accounting or financial reporting.
• Insurance or reinsurance industry experience.
• Month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting processes.
• Balance sheet reconciliations experience.
• Audits support experience.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at different levels.
• Desirable: Solvency II reporting experience.
• Desirable: Oracle financial systems experience.
• Desirable: ACA/ACCA/CIMA or studying.
