Job summary

Oliver James Group, partnering with a leading international insurance company, is hiring a Financial Accountant in Dublin on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will join the Financial Reporting team and take ownership of end-to-end insurance reporting and quarterly group submissions.

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with at least three years in financial services and IFRS reporting experience, with a proactive approach and readiness to drive process improvements and finance

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with IFRS reporting experience.
• Experience in financial services is essential.
• Self-motivated approach with ownership of reporting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and deliver end-to-end insurance reporting.
• Prepare quarterly Group reporting.
• Carry out cost and variance analysis.
• Maintain financial control and drive process improvements.
• Support finance projects.
