Job summary

OUTsurance Ireland is hiring a Claim Advisor Level 2 to manage Motor and Home Property claims from start to finish. You’ll own your claims portfolio, using judgment and technical knowledge to ensure fair, timely outcomes for customers.

This full-time, on-site role is based in our Cherrywood offices in Dublin. 37.5 hours per week. We offer enhanced annual leave, a pension, and a range of benefits. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims journey
• Working hours 37.5 per week
