Job summary

Radius Insurance is seeking an experienced broker to sell business insurance to existing commercial clients. You will ensure the product fits client needs and act as broker for Radius clients, focusing on retention and cross-sell opportunities.

You will manage client accounts, support the commercial team, and work toward KPIs while delivering excellent service and developing long-term relationships across insurers and clients.

Qualifications

• APA or CIP certification required.
• CIP (Certificate in Insurance Practice) qualification with stated salary context.

Responsibilities

• Act as Broker on behalf of Radius Insurance clients.
• Retain existing policies and upsell/cross-sell additional products.
• Client account management including mid-term adjustments and administration.
• Facilitate finance for clients via third party partners.
• Work towards targets and KPIs as agreed with management.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
