Job summary

Radius, Ireland, is seeking a professional to drive compliant business insurance sales to existing commercial clients and manage their needs for the first year, while supporting the commercial team where needed.

You will act as a broker for Radius Insurance clients, focus on customer retention and upsell opportunities, and handle account management including mid-term adjustments and liaison with insurers and finance partners.

Qualifications

• APA or CIP required.
• Bonus paid as a % of salary.
• Salary varies by qualification level (No Qual, APA, CIP).

Responsibilities

• Compliant selling of business insurance to existing commercial clients (Back Book).
• Own target and service existing business clients for the first 12 months.
• Act as a Broker on behalf of Radius Insurance clients.
• Customer retention and upselling/cross-selling of additional products.
• Client account management including mid-term adjustments, admin, and coordinating finance with third party partners.
