Job summary

Radiuslimited in Ireland seeks an insurance broker to service and grow a commercial client book. You will sell compliant business insurance, act as a broker for Radius Insurance, manage client accounts, and upsell where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling business insurance to commercial clients.
• Ability to review market options and tailor products to client needs.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for insurance broking.

Responsibilities

• Sell compliant business insurance to existing clients (back book).
• Manage client accounts, mid-term adjustments, and admin tasks.
• Build long-term relationships and meet KPIs with the team.
• De-escalate complaints and provide excellent customer service.
• Support the commercial team and participate in cross-selling.
