Job summary

ISS Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Installation Project Manager for a growing client based in Co. Kildare. You will take ownership of installation projects from planning to delivery, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.

You will lead project plans, manage subcontractors and coordinate across multiple sites, while maintaining strong client relationships and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of Project Management experience in construction, fit-out, installation or engineering
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects from initiation to completion
  • Strong understanding of construction project delivery
  • Experience managing subcontractors and site activities
  • Experience preparing and managing project plans, schedules, documentation and reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle, willing to travel across Ireland

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to development and improvement of project management processes, reporting and controls

ISS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Installation Project Manager on behalf of an established and growing client based in Co. Kildare.

This is a key role within the business and an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a background in construction, installation, fit-out or engineeringto take ownership of a range of customer projects across Ireland.

The successful candidate will manage projects from initial planning through to final completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard, while maintaining excellent relationships with customers, contractors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage installation projects from initial planning through to completion.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within agreed budgets.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively identify and manage risks or issues.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants and site teams.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure clear and professional communication throughout each project.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple construction sites and live working environments.
  • Manage site readiness, access requirements, permits, inductions and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure installation works are completed in accordance with project specifications and customer requirements.
  • Attend customer sites regularly throughout project delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate installation subcontractors across multiple projects.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, quality and compliance.
  • Ensure appropriate labour and resources are available to meet project requirements.
  • Manage RAMS, site documentation and project compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all works comply with relevant Health & Safety legislation and customer requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes, reporting and controls.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 3-5 years' Project Management experience within construction, fit-out, installation, engineering or a related sector.
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Strong understanding of construction project delivery.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and site-based activities.
  • Experience preparing and managing project plans, schedules, documentation and reporting.
  • Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong focus on Health & Safety, quality and customer service.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Access to own vehicle and willing to travel to customer sites throughout Ireland.
Desirable
  • Recognised Project Management qualification.
  • Experience working with main contractors or large construction companies.
  • Health & Safety qualifications.
  • Experience using project management software and reporting tools.
