Arcon Recruitment in Ballina, Co Mayo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an installation team across diverse construction and engineering projects. You will oversee costing, planning, procurement and on-site delivery from start to finish.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and procurement expertise, plus the ability to interpret technical drawings and manage multiple projects to strict deadlines. A driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• PM experience in construction/engineering or related installation sector.
• Proven ability to lead installation and site-based teams.
• Strong costing, budgeting and commercial experience.
• Experience managing procurement, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage several projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project-management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and construction projects from planning to completion.
• Lead site-based installation teams and coordinate resources.
• Prepare programmes, schedules and installation plans.
• Procure materials, equipment and subcontracted services.
• Review drawings and client requirements; manage costs and budgets.
• Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance.
• Lead meetings and manage risks and variations.
